The Best CS2 Anime Skins: Full List
Anime and CS2 go hand in hand more than most people might assume. That's because many anime fans (myself included) also enjoy gaming.
So take the huge number of anime fans playing games and Valve’s Community Workshop, where anyone can try to turn their wildest ideas into in-game skins, and you get a lineup of weapons that capture the energy of Japanese art, mythology, and anime in the best way possible.
Now, there are tons of "anime-inspired" skins floating around, but after a ton of research, we managed to bring out the absolute very best CS2 anime skins with the Steam market prices updated for January 2026:
M4A4 | Temukau
- Price Range: $43 (BS) to $151 (FN)
- Rarity: Covert
- Release Date: February 9, 2023
- Collection: The Revolution Collection
- Designer: f0rnez
The M4A4 | Temukau is a perfect example of anime art done right in CS2. Depicting an anime girl Counter-Terrorist in the middle of throwing a smoke grenade, this skin is so well designed that it feels like it was taken straight from Studio Ghibli. Add to this anime art style the English and Japanese text, and you get a skin that feels like a high-quality anime scene you get to carry around in your games.
The color palette is also excellent, blending white, light blue, and vibrant pink in a way I hadn't seen in CS2 before its release in 2023.
M4A1-S | Player Two
- Price Range: $66 (BS) to $287 (FN)
- Rarity: Covert
- Release Date: March 31, 2020
- Collection: The Prisma 2 Collection
- Designer: kadzor
M4A1-S | Player Two looks like someone took a manga cover and wrapped it around your M4A1-S. You've got dynamic action poses, bright colors, and even Pop Dog as a sidekick (that dog from the Train map).
The skin shows a GIGN operator in classic manga style, complete with "Press Start" text that bridges gaming and anime culture perfectly.
Sawed-Off | Kiss♥Love

- Price Range: $4 (BS) to $29 (FN)
- Rarity: Classified
- Release Date: July 1, 2022
- Collection: The Recoil Collection
- Designer: 4Gauder
TThe Kiss♥Love is pure ‘kawaii’ chaos: big anime eyes, pink and purple everywhere, and romantic vibes all over one of the game’s deadliest weapons. It even plays a bit into the dark, obsessive energy of a ‘yandere,’ making it a skin anime fans won’t forget easily.
Glock-18 | Shinobu

- Price Range: $5 (BS) to $41 (FN)
- Rarity: Classified
- Release Date: March 31, 2025
- Collection: The Fever Collection
- Designer: Horameow
For those who prefer cyberpunk (think Ghost in the Shell and Akira), the Glock-18 | Shinobu from the Fever Case may be your cup of tea. The design of this CS2 anime skin features a close-up manga-style panel of a pair of eyes with "SR Tech" contact lenses, rendered in sleek purples and pinks colors that scream high-tech.
Fun fact: The name "Shinobu" (忍) connects to Japanese concepts of endurance and stealth, immediately establishing cultural context.
AWP | Crakow!

- Price Range: $34 (BS) to $350 (FN)
- Rarity: Classified
- Release Date: October 2, 2024
- Collection: The Overpass 2024 Collection
- Designer: Valve
The Crakow! proves that the best cs2 anime-skins don’t all have to look the same.
The AWP | Crakow! features a cartoonish girl alongside her robot friend, surrounded by playful comic book elements like “CRAKOW!”, “BLAM!”, and graffiti hearts. A soft yet striking palette of pinks and purples ties everything together perfectly.
Fun fact: The flavor text, “Playing make believe,” captures the fun, over-the-top vibe of this skin. It may not be your typical anime aesthetic, but it shares the same creative spirit that makes anime so appealing.
MAC-10 | Allure

- Price Range: $0.50 (BS) to $6.33 (FN)
- Rarity: Restricted
- Release Date: August 6, 2020
- Collection: The Fracture Collection
- Designer: WhoisVac9
The MAC-10 | Allure brings Japanese mythology to CS2 in a really smart way.
The artwork shows an iso onna (a dangerous sea spirit from Japanese folklore) surrounded by koi fish and crashing waves, with teal, red, pink, and gold colors working together to create this masterpiece.
Besides how stunning it looks, the story behind the Iso Onna makes this skin even more fascinating. These sea spirits appear as beautiful women to lure unsuspecting victims to their graves. They're known for their irresistible charm that masks deadly intentions, a perfect metaphor for how beauty can be weaponized. The flavor text "Beauty begets bloodshed" perfectly captures this deadly allure, reminding us that the most gorgeous creatures are often the most dangerous.
MAG-7 | Insomnia

- Price Range: $0.10 (BS) to $1.11 (FN)
- Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade
- Release Date: February 9, 2023
- Collection: The Revolution Collection
- Designer: Hoshi, chipAs
The MAG-7 | Insomnia might as well be the most disturbing skin I’ve seen, with horror vibes that make you wonder if it’s a panel taken out of Berserk. The design features a wide-eyed female head with fish swimming into her open mouth, painted in stark black and deep orange-reddish tones that give the skin an unsettling presence.
This skin clearly draws inspiration from horror manga, especially the kind of bloody horror you’d see in works by mangakas like Junji Ito. The bulging eyes and the disturbing image of fish forcing their way into an open mouth tap into fears that might make your enemies think twice before taking a fight with you.
MP9 | Mount Fuji

- Price Range: $6 (BS) to $24 (FN)
- Release Date: September 21, 2021
- Collection: Riptide Case
- Designer: khan, puchara
- Rarity: Restricted
The MP9 | Mount Fuji proves that sometimes the most powerful anime references aren’t characters, but landscapes. This skin captures Japan’s sacred mountain beneath a massive red sun at dawn, painted in soft pink and blue tones that give it a calm, anime-like feeling.
Mount Fuji itself is instantly recognizable as a symbol of Japanese culture, and it’s the very landscape that shows up in countless anime.
Galil AR | Kami

- Price Range: $1.30 (BS) to $4.60 (FN)
- Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade
- Release Date: May 1, 2014
- Collection: The Huntsman Collection
- Designer: Thurnip
The Galil AR | Kami is basically a manga page wrapped around your rifle and has been part of the early CS:GO anime skins era.
This skin uses actual manga panels as texture, complete with meta-textual references to Counter-Strike itself, you'll find phrases like "The player is a counter-terrorist or a terrorist" hidden in the design. While not as famous as its Five-SeveN counterpart, this skin was one of the first to introduce pattern-based collecting to CS2.
AWP | Oni Taiji

- Price Range: $440 (BS) to $1,020 (FN)
- Rarity: Covert
- Release Date: May 23, 2017
- Collection: The Operation Hydra Collection
- Designer: L'grand
The Oni Taiji is what happens when Japanese mythology meets Counter-Strike in the most epic way possible.
This masterpiece depicts the ultimate battle between a samurai warrior and a fearsome red Oni (demon) across the weapon's body. "Oni Taiji" translates to "Demon Subjugation", basically the classic hero vs. monster storyline painted across your AWP!
The intricate artwork comes alive in striking red, black, and gold tones, with the heroic samurai featured along the main body while the fiery Oni’s fierce crimson presence dominates the back of the rifle.
The duality of good versus evil theme hits hard with anime fans, especially if you're into series like Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, or classics like InuYasha. And as if that's not enough, the flavor text, "Face your demons," ties it all together perfectly.
MAC-10 | Sakkaku

- Price Range: $0.60 (BS) to $1.37 (FT)
- Rarity: Restricted
- Release Date: February 10, 2023
- Collection: Revolution Case
- Rarity: Restricted
MAC-10 | Sakkaku is another close-up panel style skin, focusing on a hypnotizing red gaze this time.
With the name meaning "optical illusion" in Japanese, this skin brings interactive anime aesthetics to CS2, with the girl's red eyes actually glowing in certain lighting conditions.
Cool, clean, and definitely one of the best anime skins. It’s like your weapon has a hidden power about to awaken, or well, is just about to be possessed. Regardless, I also do own this skin, and I absolutely love it.
AUG | Akihabara Accept

- Price Range: $280 (BS) to $3,900 (FN)
- Rarity: Covert
- Release Date: May 26, 2015
- Collection: Rising Sun Collection
- Designer: Valve
For some, this is the holy grail of anime skins since CS:GO days. The AUG | Akihabara Accept features a military uniform anime girl with Japanese text sprawling across the entire weapon, with a white, blue, and purple color scheme.. It's named after Tokyo's Akihabara district, the global epicenter of anime and otaku culture.
The rarity also plays a role in what makes this skin so legendary, as you can only get it through trade-ups from the Rising Sun Collection, making it one of the rarest skins in the game. No cases, no easy drops, just pure collector's item status.
Five-SeveN | Kami

- Price Range: $2.20 (FT) to $3.50 (FN)
- Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade
- Release Date: December 18, 2013
- Collection: Winter Offensive Collection
- Designer: Thurnip
The Five-SeveN | Kami created one of the most fascinating micro-economies in all of CS:GO and CS2. While most of these manga-textured pistols are worth pennies, specific pattern combinations have become legends.
The infamous "Pussy" patterns (#909, #590, #662) can sell for even hundreds of dollars, all because the random manga texture alignment creates what some describe as “particularly interesting” shapes. This skin is the living proof that the community's creativity can generate value from absolutely nowhere.
Glock-18 | Vogue

- Price Range: $5 (BS) to $16 (FN)
- Rarity: Classified
- Release Date: August 6, 2020
- Collection: Fracture Case
- Designer: KASI
Our third close-up manga panel style skin in this list, the Glock-18 | Vogue takes a pair of vivid blue-turquoise eyes and transforms them into a more colorful and vibrant design. While officially described as "Pop art inspired," these oversized eyes immediately connect with anime's style in a way that's impossible to ignore.
In fact, I still remember that the first time I saw this skin instantly reminded me of Cowboy Bebop, mixed with the kind of colorful fan art.
Desert Eagle | Sunset Storm

- Price Range: $600 (BS) to $860 (FN)
- Rarity: Restricted
- Release Date: May 26, 2015
- Collection: Rising Sun Collection
- Designer: Valve
The Desert Eagle | Sunset Storm series features two versions: 壱 (Ichi, "one") and 弐 (Ni, "two"). Both showcase traditional ukiyo-e inspired art (a classical Japanese woodblock print style) with stormy seas and skies in deep orange and red shades.
A subtle detail sets them apart: the 弐 ("two") version has a hidden portrait of a smiling man holding a teacup on the handle, a small Easter egg that many players overlook. The 壱 ("one") version does not have this portrait. And as if to humorously point it out, both skins share the same flavor text: "You think it's the same, but look again... subtlety makes all the difference."
Galil AR | Crimson Tsunami

- Price Range: $2.50 (BS) to $7.44 (FN)
- Rarity: Restricted
- Release Date: March 15, 2017
- Collection: The Spectrum Collection
- Designer: Chemical Alia
The Crimson Tsunami is basically "The Great Wave off Kanagawa" by Hokusai rendered as a weapon skin.
What's brilliant about this design is how it brings high art to the masses. The original Hokusai print is in museums worldwide, but now any CS2 player can own this interpretation for a reasonable price. It's educational and beautiful at the same time, proving that weapon skins can be legitimate artistic expression.
Desert Eagle | Kumicho Dragon

- Price Range: $25 (BS) to $118 (FN)
- Rarity: Classified
- Release Date: February 17, 2016
- Collection: The Wildfire Collection
- Designer: The Honey Badger
While it’s not as obvious an anime reference as other skins on this list, the Kumicho Dragon leans into Yakuza mythology first. Still, its black and silver dragon, which looks like something out of a traditional manga, has made it a favorite among anime fans.
Fun fact: “Kumicho” literally means “family boss” in the Yakuza hierarchy. The dragon symbolizes wisdom, strength, and protection in Japanese culture, while in the Yakuza world, dragon tattoos represent ultimate status and power.
